We had 3 observations that may indicate dangerous problems: the dryer lint trap was so full, I believe it might have been a fire hazard. There were cleaning rags left on top of the gas water heater which creates an unsafe situation. The overhead lights in the kitchen slicker when other appliances are in use such as the toaster and coffee maker which may be an indication of an electrical circuit problem. Beyond these 3 safety issues, there were a couple (not all) dirty dishes and forks in the kitchen cabinets & drawers and a used dishwater pod left in the dispenser that was half melted. There were also a couple of dead bugs in and around the kitchen area - no live ones. It's too bad about the cracks in the beautiful stone work around the pool and it appears there are some foundation settling issues with the house but they did not affect our stay or the excellent location of this property.
