Beautiful home Located 30 miles from AT&T stadium, safe and quite neighborhood

Charming and spotless duplex with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and gas log burning fireplace and 2 living areas close to everything... Greenville Avenue, North Park Mall, Arboretum, SMU and Downtown/Uptown. Plenty of parking is available curbside along Brentcove Circle. One Bedroom has King sized bed and the other has a Queen Size, and a full Size. Bed is in the second living room. We are a few miles away and we be available to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Nothing there are outside cameras for the protection of guests and the home.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a fenced private yard.
