I requested to give a room to be quite. But my stay in this hotel is one of the worst. Neighbor in next room making very loud TV type fighting noises from 1am to 3am, and other people on the hall way speak very loud seems through out night. Seems these people sleep in the day time, then wake at night time to make noises. The wall is very thin, so you can hear people talk in next room. I did request the front desk to help the situation after 1 am in second night. After arguing with the lady for a while, finally she agreed to contact the next neighbor and the noises then reduced quite a bit that night. However, it was hard for me to falling into sleep after this process. Next day I changed to another room, but people talk in loud voice in hall way on and off seems though out the night. My experience of staying here is terrible and will not return. I am only very occasionally give a business a bad review. This would be one of them. The only purpose is to help other travelers who cares night quietness to know what you may get. However, room is clean, and the staffs are reasonably responsible. There is a mini kitchen which can be helpful for a family stay.
