Towel bar came off in our hands, double beds were not comfortable, toilet was disconnected from the floor, cleaning service never came (even though we specifically asked for it), there were no pancakes or waffles (my children don't eat french toast), and at least 1 elevator was not working on both sides of the building. Staff was nice.
