From the time we arrived until the time we left our stay was horrible. The A/C didn’t work upon arrival and we had to ask for a floor fan. The room did not look like the pictures AT ALL! Paint chipping, bathroom ceiling leaking, couldn’t open the balcony and it was rusted. I have pictures of everything. The water in the jacuzzi and the coffee bar were scalding hot. Some of the staff was nice but majority were not. No one could ever put us in touch with a manager. I would never stay here again or recommend anyone stay here.

Horrible older hotel with room in dire need of maintenance and updating. Room smelt musty/ moldy. The “wooden” furniture was in poor condition with chipped edges or scrapes on the surface. All the furniture was very outdated. The ceiling in the room showed signs of needing plastering from visible cracks. Sound easily travels up from lobby/atrium and can be heard into room. The bathroom shower head was was clogged with sediment.

Our first night there started a little rough. The room above there was someone trying to kick in a door. Hotel management had it taken care of and the property them was quiet for the duration of the weekend. The breakfast was excellent as always. Omelettes and pancakes made to order. That is not including the biscuits and gravy. The continental breakfast was just as good as the rest of it.

Our first room the A/c was broken, the finally agreed to move us to a working room. They didn’t offer to comp anything from the room, which we weren’t necessarily looking for but 80 degree wasn’t going to be ok for us to sleep in. The breakfast omlet ladies were unpleasant and didn’t even make my omlet. I asked several times and was ignored so I had cereal instead. The police/fire department breaking in a door at 1am ish was also most unpleasant. Will stay somewhere else next time. Staff was not willing to listen or help and were not attentive.

Hotel lobby and space are great. Rooms are very run down for the price. Our air conditioner didn’t work. Both bed headboards were peeling off. Bathroom tub paint peeling very bad. Room looks like a motel. Doesn’t match the quality that embassy suites usually provides.
