Location

The building is older but the apartment is nice and clean. Gated parking nice and secure is a relief. Walked to all the night spots which are just 1 block away. The bedroom is nice and dark with a comfortable king bed, I slept great.

Property was per advertised with a good location, great host, with a secure parking lot. It was a decent value for the price. Internet was reliable and fast.The Unit's is older with high humidity level and musty smell. To the point my clothes felt damp when I put them on in the morning and the towel in the bathroom never dried. It was unfortunate because you can tell the owner did some nice updates but it really needed to be taken down to the studs to update insulation and/or the HVAC had an issue. Omar is very responsive host that is above average and I know he is a type of person that will keep improving his property.

Birthday weekend getaway

My fiance and I came to Dallas to see the Celtics vs Mavs game for my birthday. Wanted to be close to the arena. Loved how we were able to make short drives or walk to get supplies or go to restaurants to eat. Thai lotus kitchen was amazing. some many different

Awesome Condo in a Fab Walkable Location

This unit is just as described- very comfy, well stocked kitchen, sparkling clean, easy to come & go! Omer is the best host. Really no issues this stay or any of my others but when the a TV needed a reboot he responded immediately & was extremely helpful with the instructions. Btw the unit has super fast powerful internet! One of the best i have encountered & I often stay in VRBOs. I have stayed here several times while visiting my daughter & feel right at home. The neighborhood is great. Walkable to several restaurants, bars, Kroger, etc. Felt very safe both inside building & unit as well as walking around & exploring. Will def stay here when visiting my daughter. Highly recommend!

Awesome. Clean, Great Location, Comfy, Attentive Host!

Unit is just as described. Sparkling clean, nicely decorated, plenty of amenities, nice kitchen, cozy living area, great WiFi connection, & comfy large bedroom. Host was very attentive - responding to a minor issue immediately even on a holiday weekend. Easy to access unit, front door & parking. Safe neighborhood, walkable to lots of fun restaurants & bars. Kroger grocer store one block away. Will definitely stay here again.

Comfy, Great Location, Amazing Host

Sparkling clean, beautiful decor, super fast & reliable WiFi, comfy king bed, cozy living area, great kitchen space. I loved my 8 nights total at this property! It was super easy to find, even easier to access & the parking space is covered & safe. The Host was so accommodating with a quick response when I had a question about the disposal. He solved my issue fast even on a holiday weekend. Now that’s service! There are fun bars, restaurants, Kroger, & coffee places close by. Walking distance for all. Will definitely stay here again
