Parking is in a covered garage with secured entry. Shops, restaurants etc are all close by. Extremely comfortable bed and pillows with excellent internet and basic necessities for cooking. Great balcony.

This unit was perfect for me to stay in since it was clean, safe and only two blocks from my office. A few minor issues included check in and check out communications as well as the fact that there was no hand soap, bath gel or extra toilet paper available. The apt also isn’t well stocked; there was no iron (I left mine behind so there is one now), one knife in the utensil drawer and no larger utensils (spatulas, slotted spoons, etc).

This property is cute and a good choice for short stays. The location in Addison is great, so much is walkable. That being said, we did not have a good experience on this booking. We originally had a "new listing" discount as the property was new and had no other reviews. Two months before arriving, the owner asked me to re-book due to his bank account being hacked. I was skeptical and chatted with VRBO to confirm the story. I told him I would agree to cancel and re-book, but only if he could promise me the same new discount price. Although he did, that didn't happen. He refunded me a portion of the extra cost, but shy 600. I was very disappointed, and felt I was scammed. I have been in touch with the owner for months, and still can't get the correct amount of money refunded to me that gets the cost to where it originally was. The unit itself did not have all the amenities on the listing- there was no iron or board, which is sort of needed for a 10 week stay. The kitchen items were very sparse as well. There was no vacuum or cleaning service offered for a 10 week stay. We had to buy extra glasses, pasta strainer, a bowl to make a salad or mix anything in, pool towels, cutting knives, etc. Though there was initial offer to reimburse for those costs, that never happened either. The bedroom also has no furniture except for one nightstand, ok for a short stay but annoying for longer ones.
