Spacious, good neighborhood

overall it was a nice stay, it was very spacious and in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. It was close to a lot of places like groceries and restaurants and a nice park with paths to walk. There were several little things that needed attention that would've made the stay a lot better. Lots of lights in the main bedroom and bathroom weren't working, we had to buy hangers because there wasn't a single one in the house. and for a house that can fit so many there's only a tiny coffee maker, so we had to constantly make several 'pots' of coffee every morning. single hanger in the whole house

Not Spectatcular- We were moved to another Home

First of all, While I do understand about the weather situation, The first thing that happened was we were booted from this home where we already paid our deposit and was absolutely what we needed in terms of bedroom breakdown. I really hate giving this review here because this is not the home that we received. There was no way to talk to someone live. There was only one other home available and it seemed to not be ready for guests. There were no linens for the pullout in the media room, which was now our 5th bedroom. Every closet in the home was absolutely empty. There was nothing to be used for the pull out and no extra linens for the pool or jacuzzi. If you're going to count the media room as the fifth bedroom then there should be linens and pillows there as well. We had to go and purchase linens for that room and towels for the use of the jacuzzi and pool. In a place that has a pool and jacuzzi there should be extra towels. On top of that we had to wait on someone to come in and clean them both pool and the jacuzzi. I know that in the past, you have had people lying about the number of individuals staying there, but it felt a bit intrusive to have someone hanging around the back fence listening at us. I am not clear as to why we paid the money that we paid in order to be so inconvenienced. I received phots of a fully stocked home and there was nothing there the furniture was broken. I took pictures of the broken furniture and the empty closets. Now were down one bed.

Beautiful home

House was very nice and accomodating. There was one king bed and 4 queen beds along with 6 bunk beds! More than enough room for the 8 people we had! I love the fact that there were 3 bathrooms! We enjoyed an evening dip in the pool also! Great neighborhood. The parking was a little tight at the back of the house for the SUV’s but we contacted our host and got an approval to park directly in front of the house. Overall great house!! Beds were very comfortable also!

Great Communication.

Lots of room and clean. It’s an older home - some things have been updated like the master bath and kitchen but other areas still could be updated to make it cleaner and more welcoming. Just some minor esthetic stuff - But kitchen and main living area updated and clean. Beds were clean - quiet neighborhood- great location plenty of parking - we would recommend- great communication and very responsive. Fit our needs - we were happy with our stay.

No heating at the house !!!

No heating at the house is my main concern . It would’ve been nice if they have checked that before we checked in. With two little kids , it was getting cold in the nights and not really helpful in getting it fixed ! Overall very nice home in a nice neighborhood but NO heat and broken slats in the master bed.
