The hotel was beautiful but the valet smelled putrid and left a nasty smell in the car. He also took infer the it should have taken (abo it 10 minutes). Upon getting our hotel key card we were not informed of the location of the gym, pool, or breakfast area. Was not told the breakfast was not complimentary until we started playing our food

I understand they may have rules about a 21 years old or older. But if your 18 year tries to check in, and you enforce these rules, at least be helpful, let them find options, don’t have them waiting for a manager that never came and of course, reimburse the room you din not let them use. Train your staff up front to help and be nice. Lost a client.
