Our host Joshua was friendly and very responsive, and the unit itself was lovely. We were quite disappointed however that the pool was not at all heated and that was one of the primary reasons we booked this property. The hot tub was working so at least we had that, but it was also strange that at night there were absolutely NO lights whatsoever in the pool or hot tub area so it was pitch black when we tried to go at night (even though signs said pool area was open until 10pm). We would not book again unless we got confirmation beforehand that the pool was fixed and indeed heated. We spent 90% of our time with our friends down the road who had a heated pool. Again though, the unit itself was lovely and very clean and very spacious.
