beautiful location and sunset

A couple of things that we didn't call about. tv remote in living room, we had to replace 2 batteries to get it to work. In master bedroom, we had to replace all 4 batteries in remote. Refrigerator ice maker wouldn't work, so we just bought a bag of ice. Otherwise, the condo was beautiful and had 0 issues. Weather didn't cooperate with us but we visited the area, spoke with your parents next door that also own the other units. They advised us next time we come back to get a downstairs unit.. Wife just turned 81 and I'm 77, so 19 steps up and down get alittle hard for us. not complaining because your unit has the best lake view. We will be coming back

Amazing View of the Lake

We stayed at this property for 2 nights while we went to visit our daughter at Auburn. It's on the 2nd floor of a condo. The views from both balconies are beautiful. There is a pool, dock, and small beach area. The kitchen has all the necessities to make meals if you want to. We did have to contact the manager for toilet paper and hangers. Their response was very quick and efficient. We would stay here again.

We loved the amenities heated pool and kayaks and paddle boards that were available. Condo was in perfect condition. Best location for sunsets!

Weekend Get-a-Way / Property Search

Rented the condo for long weekend with family and opportunity to meet with realtor to preview properties for sale on Lake Martin. When we arrived, the property was UNCLEAN. Property manager notified and he promised that would be corrected with 1-2 hours. Left the property and waited 3 hours to return only to meet the cleaning team just entering the property. Basically lost the first day in the unit. PM did refund the cleaning fee but has NOT refunded the first night rate as he promised - both verbal during phone call and in email. I have tried to contact via VRBO site and he will not respond. I have given him 3 weeks to correct the problem. Would not stay at property managed by this HOST again.

Great Place To Unwind

Comfortable place to stay. Having a private pool for the building, as well as a beach area for the lake was wonderful. Although furniture was a bit dated, it was still very comfortable and well maintained. Will definitely be back soon.

Second time at this property...another amazing vacation

This time around we invited friends and they were able to stay in another unit in the building. We had a great time. The 4 teenagers we had with us also had an awesome time. There was lots to do with the pool, paddleboards, kayaks and more. We rented their pontoon boat for 2 days and loved having access to it from the property from sun up to sun down. We'll be back!

Stillwaters Stay

Unfortunately our guests did not have a good stay.The sewage system became backed up from a previous guest so there was no water for their stay and no other condos to move to since it was a football home weekend.The good thing is I received a full refund and the condo host was very apologetic.We did have family at another condo that they could shower etc at

Everything Is Always Relative

The reservation and check in process was easy. The lake and sunset views were as promoted. We were a little surprised that the exterior entryway (steps) was in much need of cleaning and reworking which didn’t give a good first impression. No entry lights were working at night except for our unit door light we would turn on at night. The unit was somewhat dated but was clean. We had trouble with the living room TV saying no connection. We called the property manager and tried to leave a voice mail however his phone said his voice mail was full. We texted him to ask for assistance. No response. We kept calling until he finally answered. A crew was sent out while we were out. When we returned the TV was still inoperable. We once again played call, can’t leave a message, text and call until we got him. He did apologize and came out personally and got TV going. The pool and common areas were beautiful. The unit kitchen wasn’t as organized and supplied with items we have become accustomed to from other renters in the mountains and at the beach. It was a mix match of cups glasses, silverware etc. Microwave lights over the stove did not work for ease of cooking. The two slice toaster needs to be replaced. It looks nasty. Would we rent again? Maybe, however we will search all other options carefully.
