Relax on the screened-in lanai while enjoying the sound of the fountain in the signature pond. This fully furnished 3BR/2BA is in a gated golf community on one of Florida’s premier golf courses. The modern Florida-style community is only 30 minutes N of Tampa and 45 to Tampa International Airport, 1 hour W of Orlando and 10 minutes from the charms of Dade City and next door to Saint Leo University. You have access to all 1714 square feet of this nicely appointed Villa with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, tiled floors, and private primary suite. Clubhouse and pro-shop are only a 2-minute walk from the lanai or grab the golf cart and roll up for a drink on the patio or a round of golf.
