The modern Florida-style community is only 30 minutes N of Tampa and 45 to Tampa International Airport, 1 hour W of Orlando and 10 minutes from the charms of Dade City and next door to Saint Leo University. You have access to all 1714 square feet of this nicely appointed Villa with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, tiled floors, and private primary suite. Clubhouse and pro-shop are only a 2-minute walk from the lanai or grab the golf cart and roll up for a drink on the patio or a round of golf.

I highly recommend this property. We were not golfing, but the property was very nice, extremely clean, and lives much larger than the listed square footage with the 12 foot ceilings. Fantastic view of the 18th green. The cart provided is very nice as well. The driving range is out the front door and the practice green is just up the hill. 5 Star for sure.
