On the positive, the apartment is nicely decorated and very clean; the bed is very comfortable and we had plenty of towels. However the listing stated that it had soaps and shampoo- we came in off a long drive to find no hand soap; nor was there any shampoo or bar soap. The “fully stocked” kitchen had exactly 2 butter knives, very few plates and glasses. Expect to hand wash everything so that you have enough. There were also wine glasses but no corkscrew; absolutely no pantry basics except a salt and pepper shaker; no storage containers or plastic wrap. On the positive, I liked the tea kettle, toaster, microwave etc and there was an impressive collection of sharp knives. The worst problem was the toilet- it barely flushed a single sheet of TP. Fortunately there was a plunger handy. Unfortunately it inverted each time it was plunged, and had to be returned to starting shape for the next plunge. I gave up. Hubby worked on it for about 15 minutes and finally it cleared, and then the shower drained better too. There is a magnet for a drain clearing company on the fridge, so I expect this is a recurrent issue. The ad said on site parking, but the driveway leads to a garage apartment. There is parking on the opposite side of the street, be sure to park the the right way (the nice lady in the first floor apartment came out to tell us at midnight that we were the wrong direction, thanks).
