Overall, we had an amazing time. The staff was friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. However, the facilities and rooms are in need of updates and renovations, as they feel outdated. The quality of the food at some of the restaurants was disappointing. In addition, there were no evening or nighttime activities for teenagers, which left them with very few entertainment options after dark. We will definitely return.

I had a wonderful stay at the Marriott in downtown Jacksonville. The entire staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful from the moment I arrived until I checked out. The hotel itself was spotless. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, which made it easy to relax and enjoy my time there. Thank you to the amazing team for such outstanding hospitality. I can’t wait to come back and stay again!
