Bed was very comfortable; shower had good water pressure and bathroom was well stocked; air condition worked well and was quiet; pool was well maintained and long enough for short lap swimming Gym smelled of mildew; breakfast had more options 2nd day of my stay

The property was beautiful inside and out. Absolutely spotless in all areas. Very modern inside with high end bedding and bathung products. Our king bed was amazing. The employees were very attentive and helpful. The breakfast was way beyond a continental breakfast. So many hot and cold selections. The woman working in the breakfast area was constantly refilling items and kept the counters and tables clean. This was an amazing experience.

Adequate & Clean

This hotel was fine. The bed was very comfortable; the internet worked well. Sound proofing was decent between rooms so we weren't bothered by neighbors though the hotel was pretty full. We were there on a weekend, so the breakfast was typical Hampton Inn on a weekend, which is an omelette, sausage patties, waffles, oatmeal, random pastries, etc. Everything was clean. Our thermostat was a bit finicky and so was the toilet flushing, but it wasn't a problem. So I wouldn't give it five stars, but it was a decent stay.

This hotel saved our experience in frostburg the staff were so kind and welcoming the rooms were nice and freshly cleaned the housekeeping staff was very welcoming a few even asked us during our staff if we needed an were very informative about the area the breakfast were was included was amazing this hotel is where u wanna a stay at

The room was small but clean. The bed mattress was a little too soft but doable. The pillows were terrible, too soft and flattened when you laid on them. It was nice that we had shampoo/conditioner and even lotion in dispensers in bathroom. A nice size fridge too and filling free breakfast. The grandkids loved the indoor pool. We would definitely stay again.

Great staff, decent room

This is a very clean hotel with a decent pool and excellent customer service. The staff is all very friendly & more than willing to help. However - the linens on the bed are all very poor quality and scratchy, and the pillows are lumpy and unsupportive. The bed, although older, was comfortable. The towels, although not very generous sized, were fluffy and soft, EXCEPT for the towels at the pool, which were very old, worn, and small for an adult of any size.
