After a year of complete renovation of the house, we invite you to visit a 122-year-old house that fully meets modern housing standards. We installed an advanced smart home system that controls lights, blinds, heating and air conditioning and even helps you rate your sleep quality and listen to your favorite music. For your culinary masterpieces, there is a full kitchen with all the necessary equipment and a basic set of spices.

You will get the part of the duplex, but nobody is living in the other side. you will be alone at the property during the booking.

Please, absolutely No smoking in the property and No pets allowed.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker. Housekeeping is available on request.

You can tell Roman put a lot if thought into his work. Everything you need is provided. We thoroughly enjoyed breakfast. The shower was phenomenal. Everything was as described. The pool, hot tub and sauna were bonus! I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Roman!!

Lovely property. Very high tech although we aren’t but managed to figure out how to use what we needed. Loved all the artwork especially the one in the upstairs bathroom. Wish I could afford it. Many amenities to enjoy.

Amazing house

This is an amazing house in Cumberland. Exceptionally clean, modern, everything you need from local wines you can buy, candy , breakfast items, all the condiments, coffee and kitchen items you need. Close to GAP and C &O bike trail . Roman is wonderful
