"We LOVED our stay, our beds were wonderful, our room was large and very clean. The ONLY disappointment was the bathroom. Although very clean, the shower drained incredibly slowly. The toilet paper holder was hanging by a metal thread and one of the safety bars in the shower was very loose.
Also, the railing in the pool was very loose. But the pool area had an abundance of clean, folded towels (which was a lovely surprise) and the pool area was clean.
The CS reps who checked us in were professional but not overly friendly. We didn't eat breakfast as we had to leave early. All in all it was a great stay. Thanks!"
