First of all this property is touting itself as a five-star resort which is absolutely not the case, if you're expecting 5 star hospitality then look someplace else. I suppose it might have been a five-star when it opened in the 90s but today I give it a three star. Maintenance was quick to respondas I had five service requests in the room from toilet mechanical issues to the AC and making a terrible racket usually at 3:00 a.m. Tipping is important here as it definitely increases the service availableity and effort by the staff (bring change). The highlight of this property is the dive shop Dressel divers. Very professional well organized dive shop that can handle large and small groups and everything in-between.
