Since everything was canceled on beach wish they would of offered a discount

We have stayed here many times before. We are satisfied with this property and its a great location. All rooms are ocean front. New sofas were REALLY NICE upgrade. Our AC did not work properly, but maintenance did get it fixed. Mattresses and pillows could use refreshing. Top deck on patio was super nice addition, but it wasn't open for service. We have another stay booked for Dec!! We recommend the SeaRanch to our friends!!

Clean room with basic amenities. Outstanding accommodations for beach access. Including pool, playground, and plenty of gathering and cookout areas. We loved the oceanfront gazebo with plenty of seating and great view of the ocean. Not to mention a fantastic breakfast is included. This hotel checks all the right boxes fo ar very reasonable price.

This hotel completely dropped the ball on our reservation. We went thought Expedia to book and that part was very easy. We checked in Thursday and everything went well. On Saturday at 3:45 we had a knock on our door demanding that we pack up immediate and move rooms. Apparently the room wasn’t available for the entirety of our trip and we were supposed to switch rooms half way through the stay. However, the front desk staff failed to tell us this when we checked in. We had no idea that the room wasn’t available for the whole weekend until that moment. We had to move 6 people, plus all of the food in the fridge to a different room with 20 minutes notice. We missed our dinner reservation because they told us we had no choice but to move right then. We paid full price for our stay, missed a dinner reservation, and got absolutely nothing from the hotel. It was terrible customer service, especially when it was their fault they didn’t tell us we would need to change rooms at check in. Very disappointing considering we only had 4 days in OBX and we had never been there before.
