Front desk check in was excellent. Hotel area and rooms were very clean. Staff was very pleasant.

Very nice and quiet place in Monaco. Nice view of the rock, the Palace and the Cathedral, at a walking distance of these atractions.

The perfect hotel to visit Monaco -- affordable, comfortable, quiet, and easily accessible to all the sites. I also appreciated that the train station was so close.

We only stayed one night, but it was a great place to crash after a full day of traveling from the U.S. The hotel was an easy walk up to the casino. Rooms were nicely updated. View of the marina was great. Hotel was in a quieter spot, so we could open the window. Staff was very helpful in setting up a taxi to the airport. Keep in mind, there is no elevator. We knew that before booking, but it was a little tougher lugging up two-weeks' worth of luggage (50 lbs) after traveling all day. Regardless, we would definitely book again!

overall goos experience especially staff but property and some rooms need serious upgrade and dont warrant the price that is being charged for those rooms Bed cover and duvet not to the standard of a 5star
