This hotel is an excellent value. The staff is friendly and rooms are clean and comfortable and the price is right. Nothing to complain about. The WIFI signal could be better in the common areas. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was good at this hotel except the first day they didn’t give the suit junior we booked and the manager couldn’t solve the problem in the spot they have us waited until next day and o give us our room..

I normally avoid resorts at all costs. I don't care for them. But when we were looking to do something special, we decided we'd go ahead and give this one a shot, and we were quite happy about it. The food was quite good. The location is superb. There's no possible way to go hungry. I like the extra touch of the special restaurant, which is included in your stay, as well. We had a little trouble checking in since their sister hotel handles all the online booking. They had not received our online reservation which created a bit of a pain, but their staff handled it well, offered us lunch while we waited, etc. It would be nice if there were a couple of English-speaking TV channels since they have a large English-speaking clientele, but that's really quite minor. Also appreciated would be WiFi availability in the rooms. It's only in the lobby, which is kind of a pain. Again, minor issue. Overall, we loved our time there and would definitely recommend this resort to others.
