Basic room with average accommodations. We stayed with few options on OSU move in weekend. The fridge didn’t work but the freezer did. The cold water under the bathroom sink had been turned off. My husband turned it back on and then it was full of black sandy looking stuff. They gave us some bottles of water to make up for it.

Staff was very nice and accommodating. Allowed us a late check out and nobody even so much as knocked which sometimes isn’t the case w a late check out, housekeeping may still come a knockin. Lol Not here w us.

It was a clean, and quiet stay. The staff was friendly and the maid service went above and beyond. The only negative was some homeless that were sometimes loud in the mornings and I ended up with him stuck in my wheels hand I only parked in the hotel parking lot). But all-in-all, I would recommend staying here.

The room was very clean. The bedding was so soft and comfy. The location was close to grocery stores and restaurants. Highly recommend going to Cirello's Pizza nearby, it's one of the best pizzas I've ever had!

At 5:50 am water coming out of the fire sprinkler, 15 minutes later it started dripping out of the fire alarm and the alarm started beeping. When we called the front desk they said it was bc we’d taken a shower - we were sleeping. Worker
