I know this is a terrible review , but it is the truth. We arrived Sunday at 4:30pm. The entry code furnished by VRBO did not work. I called the customer support number and I was directed to a foreign country where I could not understand the agent. 458 minutes.We tried back-and-forth to resolve the problem.But could not. The host was unable to be reached. After my second message to the host and leaving my phone number , she called back with a different door code. The house was infested with ghost ants and the yard was infested with stickers. I will never again use VRBO. I have used VRBO in the past with good results , but that was several years ago , and now they have gotten so big , they don't care about anything , but the money. The floors were dirty and did not appear to have been mopped. When we went to flush the toilet.It would not flush because it had a broken handle lever. After taking a shower, we were standing in ankle deep water, because the drain was so stopped with hair, it could not drain. The dumpster was overflowing with previous guests trash to the point we could not put our own trash in it.
