Can't wait to go back!

Absolutely amazing stay! The pictures are great but it's even more beautiful in person! Not to mention the amenities and beach view! The rooms were a great size, comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked with plates, utensils and cookware! It was so cozy! The staff was so helpful and outgoing as well! We can't wait to go back! This place was fantastic!

Beach Vacation

When looking for places to stay on Mustang Island I knew that I wanted to be on the beach. This was my first experience with a condo and it was perfect for my family. The kitchen had more cookware than any other VRBO that I have stayed in. The front desk help was so friendly and helpful. The only thing that I didn't love was that the beach was fairly narrow and people drove way to fast up and down the beach and I was constantly nervous about this (not at the fault of the condo- this is across the entire beach). I highly recommend this place! The pool and hot tub were really beautiful and the property very well managed.

Been going to port a for a long time stayed at many different places, the staff her were very polite and professional, service was great! The veiw was unbeatable, would definitely recommend a stay at the Sand Piper. Thank you for everything. (Already saving and planning the next trip)

January trip

Overall was a good stay and we would stay there again. The unit was cleaned quickly and we did appreciate that because the weather was very cold and windy and we were waiting to get in. They did change our unit because of problems with the one that we rented so unsure if that led to the minor problems we had. The shower was hot and had plenty of water pressure. The bed was adequate ( king size) but not really comfortable. We had difficulty with the TV initially but once it started working we had no problems the rest of the time we were there. All the wiring that went to the TV was just a huge messy bundle of cables and wires that laid exposed on the floor. That might have contributed to some of the problems. The furnishings in the living area were comfortable . There were three towels in each of the two bathrooms. You just have to call down in the morning to have more delivered if needed. Plenty of plates, glasses and pots and pans for cooking. No cutting boards, or mincing tools but if you know ahead of time that’s easy to bring. Will know next time. No problems with checking in or out.

Very pretty. Great view. Easy access to beach & chair, umbrella rentals. A light weight broom would be nice to sweep up kitchen & sand. A sharper kitchen knife would be nice.

Beautiful tranquil view

This property is absolutely beautiful. Updated, clean and cozy. Staff is very nice. The beach is a hop , skip and jump away. My only disappointment was that we were not able to use one of the showers due to a leak. I booked a 2/2 for a reason and then ended up having only one shower. But we were glad to cooperate to avoid causing problems for the people below us. Otherwise, it was enjoyable.

Birthday getaway

I wanted to get out of town for my birthday and this condo was perfect. It was chilly, but my kids still played in the beach and pool and loved the hot tub. Plus there was a fun game room so we had some pretty stellar ping pong and pool tournaments. The condo was right on the water so at nighttime, we could see anaconda moonlight from the full moon reflecting. The unit was beautiful too and very comfortable. Super minimal supplies in the kitchen but enough to cook each night.

This apartment was clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was well appointed. The beds were comfortable. The view was amazing. Access to the beach is convenient. We plan to return to this resort often in the future.
