Great stay

They location was great, I’m so glad we had pool access the humidity was a killer. Great location to restaurants, stores and beach! We would love to book again with a longer stay!

We really loved our stay. The house was very clean and the pool area was amazing. The beds are a little hard for my liking but everything else was perfect. Would stay here again.

Nice place in a good location

The place was very clean. The pool was also clean and a nice place to kick back. The downstairs bathroom came in very handy for 6 old farts. Thanks for a great stay!

First Timer

Family was skeptical about renting a house. Once we got there and scoped it out all the amenities and stuff. All was great we really enjoyed the place and location of it not too far not too close it was quiet. The pool bathroom toilet and shower is a plus since the house has only one in the house. Outdoor sink and tables are nice the outdoor fridge is just for looks. All in all we will stay at this house again for sure!

Wonderful home!

This home is just what we were looking for. It is located in a quiet neighborhood within a mile of town. Everything was perfect. Clean, spacious for a family with children, and an amazing pool with toys! We will be booking again spring 2024!

Nice home with private pool

This is our second time staying in this house. Home was clean and well stocked with linens, towels, and kitchen items. Private pool is great after day at the beach. Some outdoor lighting including pool, stairs, and restroom were not functioning this time but we still enjoyed our time there.

Great Time in Port A

House was perfect for the three of us and our small dog. Pool was nice to have, we used it every day. Everything is so close in Port A, just a few minutes to anywhere in a golf cart. One thing I did learn is that the island has a number of coyotes so be aware if you are bringing small dogs with you.

Nice beach home. Exterior lighting needs to be fixed or replaced.

Down by the sea was a fun house to spend a few nights for our kids fall break. It was close to restaurants and a short drive to the ocean. The pool was well kept. The kids loved the outdoor shower. The exterior lighting needs to be fixed or replaced.

Need a lot of maintenance and upgrades

I love that it’s Close to stores and the beachfront . I don’t like that they don’t have the pool heated and the pool lights. The rooms are aceptables, perfect for a family of 7 . Is a quiet area .
