Will heat your PRIVATE pool from 65 deg to 90 deg in 45 minutes (Operates from Oct- March) Spectacular space has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, an outdoor shower, outdoor poolside restroom, Private Washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, fully stocked chef's style gourmet kitchen and an outdoor entertainment space with a large bbq grill next to your private pool. Beautifully accented with engineered wood floors, gorgeous countertops and designer tile. Three private porches with comfy seating- watch the sunset, read a book, catch up with friends/family or just relax in this sleepy beach town. Inquire about on site 6 place golf cart rental and rates.

We request that the cardholder/guest are at least 25 years of age.

I definitely recommend staying at this house in Port Aransas! The host was incredibly helpful, responsive, and made everything easier from check-in to check-out. The house was in a super convenient location and was perfect for our group- close to the beach and all the local stores and restaurants! There was plenty of space, the pool/outdoor space was wonderful and exactly what we needed for our trip. We would definitely stay here again!!

This was an amazing house and so nicely put together. Everything was very clean. The pool was great and a wonderful size for our small children. It was so nice to have a bathroom outside to use while enjoying the pool. The host were so helpful and kind. They even dropped off a cheesecake from a local baker. It is in a great location so close to the beach and all the things. We cannot wait to come back to this house again in the future!

The house was gorgeous. It met all our needs. The only reason cleanliness didnt get a perfect score is because the previous tenants left a hefty mess for housekeeping. I highly recommend staying here!

Port Aransas vacay

We got there Sunday a little after 4 and we were very impressed with the decor and floor plan of the house. It had everything we needed for our yearly family trip. On top of that it was very clean. Leo was a great host and we would definitely stay there again.

Great Family Getaway

Roomy, cozy and everything we could ask for in a quick trip to the beach. Location is right in the middle of town, just down from beach access roads, and the pool was so great to have to cool off in the afternoons. We had my two adult sons, my wife and our two under 5 daughters and it was a great place to hang out after the beach, cook dinner and enjoy time together or in our own spaces.

Leo and Jen were great hosts!!! Answered all questions and were very helpful when needed. The property was located in a great area close to everything. The pool was the best part as my grandson was swimming every day.The kitchen was well stocked and the house was beautifully decorated and furnished.

This home is in a great location to Shopping and Bernie's if you would like some music and dancing. Has a nice pool to cool off in and very sound proof to the party that was happening across the street. Great place.

Great LOCATION!!

We enjoy our yearly trip and all the different properties are always nice! We really Loved the location of this property!! It was so convenient to shops and the beach! The property owners were so good to work with!! We had a small hiccup but we were very satisfied with solution and fast action!! We recommend this property for all family trips!! My grandchildren had a blast!
