"The hotel itself is quite a historic building and I do like the atmosphere. The bathroom was modern and shower very good. However, no toilet roll holder and soap/shampoo dispensers not working.
Food was ok, nothing spectacular. Though my server was really pleasant and friendly.
Down side was the lift was broken and i had to haul baggage up stairs with no offer of help from reception. The heating in the room was not working and windows were not closing, which meant it was cold (even with a portable heater) "
