Each bedroom has a TV with a Amazon Fire Stick. The property is on a one acre lot with plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors. New deck area with Weber barbecue grill. Enjoy the peace and quiet while being only 2.8 miles from Dreams Park Baseball fields, 2.8 miles from Ommegang Brewery, 3 miles to Baseball Hall of Fame and 1 mile from several restaurants and shops.

Had an amazing stay for my wife's 50th birthday. It was clean, had everything we needed available and most importantly... the communication between the owner and I was wonderful. He even let us check-in early! Overall it was 5 stars without even shaking this man's hand to thank him! We also enjoyed Cooperstown activities. Escape Room, local coffee shops, dining... it was all enjoyable! We appreciated the hospitality from afar!

We had a minor problem with the front door automatic lock, but the manager responded quickly. Otherwise, the house was comfortable and very well appointed. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Baseball Hall of Fame because it is so near to the Hall and to several restaurants (all within about 10 minutes of the house!).

Our overall stay was good. The home is comfortable and has plenty of space and amenities for our family, unfortunately there were issues with the cleanliness in general...it was not done to our expectations or satisfaction. Also, one of the bedrooms upstairs has an extremely high bed to get in and out of and I would caution those who are either elderly or unable to get up and down to be aware of this. Maybe the listing could describe it a bit more. We didn't use the outdoor space due to time constraints however the outdoor seating and grill area could also use some TLC.

Great week!

This was the perfect place for our family during our visit to Cooperstown Dreams Park! It was very clean and had everything we needed during our stay. Dave was very responsive and addressed matters very quickly. The location was 5 minutes to Dreams Park, which was very convenient with being able to run back to rest a little between games. Our team won the whole thing, so it must have been a lucky house!

Great location in relation to downtown Cooperstown and dreams park. Had all the amenities we needed for the cold nights early in the week and the hot and humid days later in the week. Even saw a massive bear the day of checkout. Great place overall, would definitely recommend staying here.
