Cooperstown gem

The baseball apartment was perfect for the two of us. It could work for a family with small children, but would require using the pull-out couch. We loved the baseball-themed artwork, and baseball wallpaper in the bathroom. While we didn't have the opportunity to meet our hosts, Pete and MJ, they were very communicative in advance, and provided us their cell numbers and direct email if we needed anything during our stay. The apartment is in walking distance of the adorable downtown and the Baseball Hall of Fame. Our car remained parked except for a few hours when we left Cooperstown proper to see some local attractions that were farther away. I would stay here again.

Suited our needs

Location is perfect. It is small, especially the shower. Pete responded promptly when needed for a few questions. Must go to Hawkeye Bar & Grill, best burgers we ever had, smash and steakhouse being the favorite of the two. Toscana is excellent for an italian dinner. Baseball hall of fame and museums, all close by and enjoyable.

We had a Home

Great place, walking distance from downtown

Cute little place with comfy bed & pullout. Great baseball themes with just about everything you'd need for a trip to the Hall of Fame. Pete was very accommodating, and the location can't be beat! We were able to walk to downtown whenever we wanted.

Great apartment

Cute baseball-themed apartment in walking distance to the Hall of Fame and all of downtown Cooperstown attractions. The apartment was clean and attached to a beautiful Victorian house. The owners were friendly and attentive. Would definitely stay here again if I had the opportunity.

A home run!

My friend and I had a wonderful time in Cooperstown and this sweet place make it perfect. Peter & MJ are terrific hosts and are so friendly and accommodating. The apartment is an easy walk to the village center, the lakeshore, and beautiful neighborhoods. It was comfortable, clean, and all that the two of us needed. Thank you! It was an ideal half way spot between Buffalo and Hartford so now my friend and I have a great place to meet for a weekend getaway.

Perfect location!

Such a cute and quaint apartment with ALL the amenities! My son and I stayed during his brother’s tournament, and we really enjoyed ourselves. The owner was extremely nice! It’s the perfect location - with an easy walk into town and a quick drive to Dreams Park.

Great Cooperstown Stay!

Stayed six nights in this great Cooperstown baseball apartment in May of 2023. Super nice owners offered anything we might need, but we needed nothing. Nice walk to downtown and the Baseball Hall of Fame. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Cooperstown Lodging

From start to finish our stay at this Cooperstown NY location was fantastic. The owners were very gracious and did a great job with communication leading up to our stay and during our stay. I would highly recommend this property if you are looking for a private apartment that is part of a beautiful older home in a great location! Easy walking distance to the heart of Cooperstown which features great restaurants and shops. A superb vacation location. We hope we can return!

Loved our Stay!

What a great place to stay in Cooperstown! The "apartment" is attached to the owner's lovely Victorian home and has plenty of privacy. The apartment had all we needed including a washer and dryer. The bed was nice and cozy and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking in. The shower was a tad small, but something we could live with and everything was nice and clean. You are in walking distance to the Baseball Hall of Fame and the owners will help you with anything you need! They are lovely people and I would definitely stay at their property again.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay

I can’t say enough how good of a value this property was. Whether you’re staying for one night or seven they have everything you need to enjoy your stay. On top of the property itself is the location. Just a short walk to Main St or short drive to all of the local attractions Cooperstown has to offer.

Wonderful visit!!

I absolutely loved my stay in this apartment. It is spotless, gorgeous, and in one of the prettiest houses in Cooperstown. I was able to drive to see my son play baseball at Dreams Park, and also walk into town every day for breakfast or lunch or just a stroll by the lake. The owners of this property have taken wonderful care, with comfortable bedding, great lighting, and comfortable A/C.
