There are original hardwood floors that have been refinished. The bathroom has new sink, new white subway tile, new fixtures. There are new light fixtures and chandeliers throughout. There's a new kitchen with beautiful new oak countertops, new stainless appliances, and a beautiful vintage looking tile backsplash. Laundry facilities in basement. Nice backyard for pets. Clean, bright, sunny and spacious unit!
