Me, my 2 sons (one of which “Turned Green” @ Ft. Moore) my sister and nephew all enjoyed this facility. It worked well as far as being central to the Army Post, other activities and restaurants. The new immediate houses around the property were similarly cute. But the surrounding neighborhood was a tad sketchy and a little scary at times.
We did not have all the linens needed for the first night but Michelle sent over someone the next day to rectify that. I do wish there was a more immediate way to communicate with property management, because it was delayed through e-mail. The check-in was easy peasy but, the check out was pretty stressful. My sister, who has been in property management, did think that the property needs to have a linen service, instead of relying on guests to wash the properties sheets and towels at the end of our stay. It added a lot of stress on to the end of our trip, as we were trying to get our soldier back to where he needed to be and then having to drive to ATL for our flights home. There was a make-up washcloth in the master bath that was still damp when I went to use it the 1st night at bedtime.
I would suggest putting a hook on the back of all the bedroom and bathroom doors and an extra extra towel bar in each bathroom to have ample drying space for towels and wash cloths of multiple people.
Would I stay there again? Yes, if these suggested changes were made!
