2nd Stay Just As Good

We had another wonderful stay during April at this home. The home is clean and well stocked. The Host is very responsive to any needs. We recommend this home and host for a great stay in Columbus.

Great family home

We stayed here while visiting our daughter after basic training. It was really nice. Had lots of space for everyone to spread out or come together. The video games, though outdated, were a hit and the location of the games abs pool table made it a nice place to hang out. We would love to book again.

Wonderful Family Visit

We enjoyed our stay at this home. The property is clean and as advertised. Property is easy to access, in a good location and close to Ft. Moore. Ian is very responsive to any questions. This home made our family time together for our son's Turning Green Ceremony so relaxed and comfortable. We hope to be back for his Turning Blue and Graduation. Thank you Ian and Tamora!

Gathering of family

Our stay was great! It was a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, There was plenty of room for all and close enough for back and forth travel to Fort Moore. We would stay again! Ian was attentive and quickly responded to our needs.

Loved our stay

Perfect home for our group of 10. Enough space for everyone to be together or have some individual room. Host was very responsive. Home is as pictured on site. Appreciated the short drive to Fort Moore as well. Will return to the area in March and if in need of a rental would definitely consider renting again.

Close to base and nice neighborhood

We stayed here for a turning green ceremony in November. The house was just as described and perfect for the 7 of us. Everyone had their own space and the common areas downstairs were perfect. The kitchen is wonderfully stocked with everything you could need. There are no downsides of renting this house so close to base. The areas surrounding the neighborhood are not the best but you feel safe once in the subdivision where the house is located. It’s a quiet area, just what a soldier coming out of basic needs and wants. We would definitely stay here again!

Turning Green

My family and I stayed at this property while attending my grandsons Turning Green ceremony at Fort Moore. We found the property perfect for our stay. The amenities provided were a pleasant surprise and the house had plenty of room! The hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Place

This place was great to stay for our family for our son’s Turning Green ceremony. The whole family could stay in one place. Our son could relax and recovery, and eat home cooked food. The location was convenient and we will stay here again when we visit our son

Nice big house with lots of TVs

Wonderful stay in a quiet neighborhood. Every room has a TV, unfortunately the room in the master bedroom would not connect to the house wifi, so I had to use my phone as a hotspot. Other than that we're have 0 complaints.

Very Nice Home Short Distance to Ft. Moore & Columbus

This is a lovely SFH within a very short drive to Ft. Moore and Columbus. The home was clean and well-stocked, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. However, there were a couple of minor issues that need attention. First, when it rains heavily (like it did when we were there), there's a massive puddle between the front walkway and the driveway, making it difficult to get into the home without getting your shoes wet and/or muddy. Second, the window in the two-story foyer is leaking water onto the foyer floor during heavy rains. Finally, there are no lamps in any of the common shared areas. Only overhead lights that do not provide enough lighting and are harsh daylight-colored bulbs. Overall these things are minor and easy to fix, and I would recommend this home.

The property listing/pics accurately represent the property

The house is beautiful and spacious. There was normal wear and tear, such as a few cracked tiles in the kitchen, missing towel bars in the bathrooms with just mounting hardware visible, missing knobs on furniture, however, none of this impacted our stay and is expected for a rental property. The only disappointment was the grass being uncut. There were weeds that hit below my knee caps. Because of this we weren’t able to bring out the corn hole boards, but I didn’t contact the owner to give them a chance to fix this because the only remedy would be to have people in to mow and I didn’t want to interrupt our gathering. We utilized the provided Wii inside instead. Unfortunately, a rental vehicle did leak oil in the driveway while we were there. We were able to clean the area and the stain, although still visible, didn’t stick out due to other areas of stain in the driveway. I contacted the property manager who said that they would stop by to inspect the spot and let me know if any further cleaning would be needed, however, they never responded back that they had stopped or that it was a sufficient clean up job, so I’m unable to rate my experience with that. I’m unsure if I’ll be charged any type of damages due to the issue and I’ve just been left checking my credit card statement to determine if I will be charged a damage fee. The neighborhood was nice, however, none of our group felt safe in the areas surrounding the neighborhood.

Siblings Gathering

The house was located in a quiet neighborhood. There was easy access to the property. The downstairs bedroom needs a dresser. We could not get any local news on any of the TVs. You need to provide more pots and pans for preparing meals.

Military Graduation

Wonderful, clean and close to base. Beds were comfortable and neighborhood was very quiet. Kitchen was well-equipped for cooking. Plenty of towels and little “extras” like coffee pods and spices. Lots of great communication too. Over all a great place to relax with family. Would have loved for a tad more seating in living room-a couple more club chairs or recliner. Not quite enough for 5 adults to watch movie or hang out there.

Five Stars all the way

This is a gorgeous home which instantly made all of us feel like we were home, so comfortable. Our Grandson graduated from Airborne school and this home made the time together with him, and other relatives just perfect. Ian was wonderful and we want to Thank him for letting us rent this house. We highly recommend. No disappointments here, if we could we'd give him 10 stars.
