Hotel was in a terrible location but my husband decided to give it a chance. He checked in and went up to the room only to check the mattress and discover bed bugs. He asked to cancel the reservation and get a full refund. We are still waiting on the refund. Fingers crossed they fulfil their promise.

Check-in lady was very nice. The air conditioner fan would not run when “continuous fan” button was pressed. Inoperative or disabled? I like the hum of a fan to drown out noise from inside and outside of the hotel. In the future, I’ll spend the extra money on a nicer hotel.

Throughout my stay my room never had toilet paper and the single use shampoo and conditioner were empty. The staff made my bed and took my towels so I know they had been in the room and the bathroom specifically but never put in any toilet paper. The walls were paper thin and there seemed to be nonstop door slamming all night on both nights I was there constantly waking me

The hotel lock want working. I was told that if I needed anything I could text the number that had been sending me information. I did, and no one responded. I waited over an hour before going to the lobby where there was NO ONE there!!! I ended up leaving and booking another hotel.
