I couldn’t sleep because the room next to mine was playing loud music, drinking and laughing and having a party at 1 AM. I called the desk and they tried to call the room then they finally came up and asked them to quiet down as soon as they left. They started right up again, so I only got about three hours of sleep. I was judging a dog event so I was extremely tired and when I told the front clerk when I checked out, his name was SK that was what was on his tag. He said oh I’m sorry they worked all week and they have tomorrow off so they were just blowing off some steam. I don’t care that they worked all week. I worked all week too, and then I went to an event that I would thought I would enjoy and didn’t because I was exhausted so no, I am not gonna give them a good review.

It was disturbing to learn at check in that there was construction/remodeling going on and there wasn’t a hot breakfast available (as advertised in the hotel amenities listed) . We were given a “grab an go” breakfast in the morning consisting of a granola bar, a danish, a small yogurt and two mints (my husband’s bag also contained an orange-mine had no fruit). The was no juice or bottled water so my husband, who doesn’t drink coffee or tea, had nothing to drink. The room was spacious and the beds comfortable. The staff was friendly and professional.

Breakfast area was closed due to renovations. Grab and go was a granola bar, danish and a piece of fruit. It would have been nice to know before booking it was closed or been offered a coupon to Waffle House or something.

The room was clean and spacious. Only 2 stars because there was no hot breakfast as advertised and no breakfast space at all because the hotel was UNDER CONSTRUCTION and oops no one bothered to mention that. We reserved the hotel specifically for the hot breakfast and it was priced as room with breakfast but only got small paper bags with a bar of some kind and an orange. Coffee was offered but it was undrinkable as it was from day before from huge dispenser . Prior notice would have been much appreciated ! Other than that, stuff was nice .

Hotel was undergoing remodeling. It did not affect my stay. My room had been updated. The bed was comfortable. The TV worked well. The refrigerator kept my food cold. The restaurant the staff recommended was great. I stay when in town.

Everything was awesome; the hotel was older, but the service made up for it. Room service was great, and the front desk was super helpful. It was the Thanksgiving holiday weekend everyone was happy and pilot with smiles on their faces.
