Keep up on maintenance

Preventive maintenance and overall upkeep of these beautiful units is non existing. This is our 3rd stay in last 15 months and the place is going down the drain. Lack of safety maintenance and neglect of repairs on your units will cost you morr in the end you more

My friends and I had a conference at Mizzou and we wanted to stay close to campus but not in a hotel. This was the perfect place/location. It accommodated three of us easily.
