When we arrived, their electronic key system was not working so they were able to give us keys to our room. They said when the problem was resolved, they would bring us the keys. They never did. We needed to keep somebody in the room at all times so we were not locked out.

Slippery tub

My only concern would be the slippery tub. There were no bars to hang onto and no strips in the bottom of the tub or a rubber bath mat.

I had two rooms and requested one room be on the lower level. The night before my arrival I called and confirmed a room on the lower level. When I arrived the next afternnon to check in no room was available on the lower floor.

Overall: I would stay again. Walkable to a lot of stores and food. Cleanliness: Was mostly clean. There was an obviously human stain on the sofa, so I did not sit on it. The floor needs to be mopped more frequently as my socks turned dark quickly. I ended up hand washing the floor with a washcloth the 1st day. Breakfast: The same everyday - waffles, eggs, potatoes, and sausage. There were also various breads and spreads, yogurt, eggs. Nothing unusual. It tasted fine. Colorado Springs is windy and the wind rushing against the windows was a problem in the early morning. They leak and the windows whistle, which woke me up every morning despite having white noise going on my phone. If you get to pick, stay at the back of the property instead of the front. The view isn’t as nice but the whistling shouldn’t be a problem there.
