A kitchenette is included with a kitchen sink, coffee pot, and microwave. Lots of restaurants close. Great views of Pikes Peak from the neighborhood and is a 25 minute drive or less to all the best Colorado Springs has to offer: Garden of the gods, the Broadmoor, Downtown Colorado Springs, hiking trails, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Olympic Center, and more!

You will have access to the studio room which includes a living/kitchenette area, a bedroom and an ensuite bath. No access is allowed to any other part of home.

Other things to note
We (my wife and I) live upstairs. We are very respectful, quiet, and easy going. Loud talking /noises might be heard in other parts of the house so please keep noise down after 9 pm. We will do the same!

You can come and go as you please through your own private entrance. The keypad is located outside so no key needed.

Our home is nestled in a beautiful upscale neighborhood with stunning views of Pikes Peak, especially at sunset!! A beautiful park with walking trails is located in the neighborhood, only a 2 minute walk from the house. Less than 2 miles from several shopping centers and restaurants. This home is in a perfect location for relaxing and enjoying mountain views out of your window or for exploring the Springs. Just a short drive to downtown, Garden of the gods, the Broadmoor, and great hikes! Decorated for you to enjoy your time indoors as well the great outdoors!
