Long black hairs on towels. I have short brown/gray hair. No hair dryer, no drinking cups in the room. Mattress very soft and looked well used. Parking lot dirty and in need of maintenance. Cleaning staff very noisy starting at 9 AM. Great water pressure. Good options on TV.
