This property has SO MUCH potential, if they’d invest in it. The room itself looked nice when you walked in, but had an awful smell(I read reviews that said it stunk but when you walked in to check in it was fine, until you got to the room). The beds aren’t comfy, and they don’t have proper mattress covers on them. The mattress covers are more like sheets, I’d highly suggest in investing in an actual mattress encasement to protect the little bit of life the mattress has. Walls are paper thin and you hear literally everything from the outside, to the inside(which is SOMEWHAT expected in any hotel). You could hear the rooms next door tv and their full conversations. They didn’t have much of a breakfast, which they should if you’re going to advertise it(it seems they are being cheap as possible to save money for whatever reason even though if they made more of an investment they could actually get more money in the long run). I did NOT see any active bed bugs, but you could see evidence of them on the mattresses(again highly recommend investing in an actual encasement and not just a cover). Sheets were too big and wouldn’t stay on the bed. As many others posted the pillows were terrible and disgusting. On the bright side, the staff I encountered were friendly. But overall “you get what you pay for” which is saddening because there is so much potential.
