Grab handle was broken and not replaced. Stopper for bathtub was corroded and difficult to operate. Bath faucet continually dripped. Towels were low quality and yellowish. The room had bath mat on first day, but was not replaced for 2nd or 3rd days of stay. Dangerous with a senior citizen (me) on wet floor after a shower. Room had only 2 towels. Venier on bathroom door was peeling up from bottom. I felt as though this hotel was catering to possibly housing displaced or homeless people. There was little Quality in this Quality Inn.

The room was big and clean. The elevator was broken, we had to carry our suitcases up. It was quiet. There were new towels in the bathroom which was great. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast had less variety than expected…. It was close to the gateway arch, felt safe being there.
