Great location, easy walk to the beach. Host was great with communication and responsive to a WiFi issue. Lots of room and a space outside to relax in. Quality furniture and decorated spaces. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice home in a good spot of Coeur DAlene to enjoy the area and its offerings. Nice decorations and layout. We spent two summer months and loved the daily nice walks to the town park on the lake. Parking is out front, and always easy to find a spot. Convenient to get to the resturaunts, grocery stores, etc. Owners were great and easy to communicate with.

Lovely home in a great location

My family and I were really happy with our stay here. This house is super cute and conveniently located close to downtown with lots of neat restaurants and shopping nearby. The hosts, Jeremy and Melissa, were very friendly and easy to work with. The only downside of our stay was that the bedrooms would get a little warm in the evenings (we were here at the of May), but we would open the window a crack while we slept and were fine. Would definitely stay here again.

Fun Getaway Trip

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay at this cute, clean, and well supplied house. It was accurately described, and Jeremy and Melissa were very responsive and easy to work with. We had everything we needed and appreciated all the supplies in the bathrooms and kitchen. The 3 bedrooms upstairs were comfortable, and the two bathrooms were close by.It snowed when we were here and the owners even supplied snow shovel, snow/ice brush for your car, and deicer for sidewalks. We loved being close enough to walk to town to shop, and there were lots of nice restaurants nearby. The parking out in front was on the street, but we had no problem with finding a spot. We had a great time and would love to come back. Thank you Jeremy and Melissa!

Great home base for a ski trip

We really enjoyed this cozy house for our family ski vacation with three resorts within an hour drive. Everything was very well equipped with thoughtful touches in every room. The beds were comfy, the smart home was fun and easy to use, and there were lots of interesting things to view around the house. Everything was super clean. It was too cold for the outdoor patio, but this would be a great place for the summer. The hosts have been very helpful and clearly take great care of this house. We will be back.

Family Getaway

Property was exactly as advertised. Great location that was convenient to downtown and the lake but in quiet neighborhood. Unit was exceptionally clean and well stocked with all the essentials for our stay. In addition there were bikes available for you to use- a nice bonus. Check in was easy. Would not hesitate to recommend and would definitely return on our next visit to CDA. Thanks!

Our family stayed at this property while we were in town for a lacrosse tournament the property was immaculate and really peaceful. I also really loved walking from the property to the lake front.

Quiet neighborhood stay, close to lots of things

The house needed some airing out after some sort of painting must have been done, otherwise the stay was amazing! Their travel-themed decor was awesome to look at and tastefully done, and the house had great amenities and a wonderful location. The upstairs bedrooms were perfect for a girls' weekend "sleepover", and we went to breakfast the next morning at one of the many local options nearby. We didn't have time to use them, but the bikes provided by the hosts would have been such a fun option to get around with for some exercise and shopping.
