The receptionist at the desk was outstanding ! I lost an Micro SD card in the aprking lot and she went out and serched all over the parking lot looking for it. She really demonstrated outstanding customer service! She didn't have to do that but she did. She really is a credit to your hotel and next time I am in the area I wil stay at your hotel I will also reccomend your hotel to anyone else that I know heading to Yellowstone or will be anywhere near the Cody, WY area. Thank you so much !

Very thin walls, really hard to get any sleep. Building backs up onto businesses which are open by 5am and making a hell of a racket very early. I would highly advise you take your business elsewhere if you value getting any rest at all. I prepaid for 2 nights and wish I could have left the first night,

We loved the hotel's location and our room and bed were very comfortable. Once we parked our car in the parking lot, we left it there and walked to our dinner destination and to a great nearby coffee shop.

The location was great and close to main street area. Parking was limited and motorcycles taking up separate parking spaces each which wasn’t ideal but not the hotels fault. Staff was quick to assist in a room placement issue which was appreciated as we were assigned the wrong room.

Really nice little Inn, placed on Main Street therefore perfect location for food, shopping, museum, bars. The only thing that is a major let down was the breakfast. I booked a room with continental breakfast and what we got is mini (a mean tiny) muffin and coffee in a small cup served on the sideboard in an entry hallway.
