The host was excellent with communication. Easy check in and check out procedure. Very comfortable home with everything we needed. We enjoyed walking to 4th Street Fillin Station for dinner. Food was great and love the atmosphere. We killed some time at the fun arcade directly across the street. Had some good cocktails there as well. Felt like a kid again(minus the good cocktails). We were in town for an event at KSC. Great location is an understatement! Great house, great location, great host! Loved our stay.

The house was the perfect size for our family of 4 adults and 3 young kids. The pack 'n play, high chair, and kids plates made it really convenient for us, and we loved the location with its short walk to the beach and a great ice cream shop. The host promptly responded to any questions we had before and during our stay, and proactively provided suggestions of activities for us, which was great!

The Perfect Location in Cocoa Beach

This property was perfect for us and our two boys. We never felt cramped and it’s so spacious!! What really can’t be beat is the location because it’s across the street from a nice quiet spot in the beach. Plus you can walk to some of the better restaurants in Cocoa Beach. We did several excursions during our stay, and each one was only 5-6 mins from this property. If you want a good coffee in the morning, once again you have options just walking distance from here. We can definitely see coming back to Cocoa Beach and staying at this place again.

Fantastic!

We loved our stay at this house! It was clean and lovely, and the location couldn't be better. So handy to the beach and surrounding area. Everything was exactly as described in the listing. We would absolutely stay here again.

We really enjoyed staying at this house! The location and title of being a beach house is true and great. The outdoor shower hose was very helpful. We had 7 in our family and had great accomodations - coffee, beach towels, location and more!

Love the house layout the proximity to the beach and the downtown area with all the restaurants, bars and stores. Everyone very friendly. We are happy to have booked that property and whenever I go to Cocoa Beach will rent that same property.

Quick trip

The house is nicely decorated and clean. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Very efficient space. The shower had handicapped hand rails and was a low step in style; which helped me out a lot. I was pleasantly surprised that there was beach chairs and umbrella available with the house. All our needs were met to make us very comfortable. We did have to walk across the street to get to the beach but the cross walk was right out front and traffic stopped quickly. I enjoyed our quick last minute trip.

EXCELLENT!!

This home is beautifully decorated, impeccably clean and provided all we needed and more for a wonderful Mother’s Day weekend! Great layout with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Plenty of space to park. The host was very kind and helpful - even shared Info about the rocket launch. Location was fantastic with a 1 minute walk to a beautiful beach. Also, many other great options within walking distance - including church, ice cream, shops, restaurant options, etc. We hope to stay here again on our next visit to Cocoa Beach.

Wonderful stay!

We visited in March and had a wondeful time. The house is in walking distance to nightlife, restaurants, and of course the beach! Check- in was a breeze and had great communication with the host. I would recommend this house, and Cocoa Beach, to anyone.
