This house was just as described. The host was very reachable and responded quickly. The beach is right across the street. Breakfast/brunch places within walking distance. Very good restaurants in the area. Grocery near by. Would definitely stay here again! The only complaint was from another couple we were staying with. It was concerning the mother-in-law suite. They said that the air conditioning was not strong enough to keep it as cool as they would have liked. It wasn’t hot but still warmer than they like for sleeping. They also said the mattress was soft to the point where when her husband moved it shook her and raised her up. I think he sank and it made her side rise. These could also be preferences as well! I still give it 5 stars! So clean and just a lovely little home. No issues inside the house at all other than the toilet having a Little Rock in the main bathroom. Easy fixes!! Thank you, Renee for such a wonderful stay!!

We had a Wonderful Time here. Dad & Mom so enjoyed sitting on the porch enjoying the weather. I would totally recommend, well situated within walking distance to eateries and the ocean front. Looking forward to spending another vacation here in the future.

The place was clean and quaint. Close to the beach. Any problems were not the fault of the owner. There was a lot of traffic noise and noise coming from a nearby bar Saturday night. It was a good place for my adult children and my husband and me to rest after a grueling day taking care of family business.

The host was excellent with communication. Easy check in and check out procedure. Very comfortable home with everything we needed. We enjoyed walking to 4th Street Fillin Station for dinner. Food was great and love the atmosphere. We killed some time at the fun arcade directly across the street. Had some good cocktails there as well. Felt like a kid again(minus the good cocktails). We were in town for an event at KSC. Great location is an understatement! Great house, great location, great host! Loved our stay.

The house was the perfect size for our family of 4 adults and 3 young kids. The pack 'n play, high chair, and kids plates made it really convenient for us, and we loved the location with its short walk to the beach and a great ice cream shop. The host promptly responded to any questions we had before and during our stay, and proactively provided suggestions of activities for us, which was great!

The Perfect Location in Cocoa Beach

This property was perfect for us and our two boys. We never felt cramped and it’s so spacious!! What really can’t be beat is the location because it’s across the street from a nice quiet spot in the beach. Plus you can walk to some of the better restaurants in Cocoa Beach. We did several excursions during our stay, and each one was only 5-6 mins from this property. If you want a good coffee in the morning, once again you have options just walking distance from here. We can definitely see coming back to Cocoa Beach and staying at this place again.
