I liked the area where the hotel is located. I liked the room arrangement shown in pictures and the amenities described. I didn't like the conditions the room had when I entered it. I entered the room late at night and the room was humid and wet all around the floor and walls. There was as strong odor to humidity or chemicals from the kitchen. On top of that, there was a strong continuous noise, all the time, coming from behind the ceiling, which looks like it was from an AC unit or so, which made us have a very bad sleep.

Location is great, but this place doesn’t offer the minimum essentials, like enough towels, toilet paper, iron and board, hangers for clothing, reception staff not very helpful about all the needs that we had, bathroom shower horrible, you barely get water to shower, slippery shower floor as well, elevator kind of scary, that sound that makes is scary, etc. Not a good experience

El check in dice que es a las 15:00 hrs., pero al llegar me dijo la recepcionista que no tenía una hora específica para darme la habitación que podía ser a las 16:00 o 17:00 no tenía una hora exacta, eso se me hace ilógico por qué entonces quiere decir que me van a dejar salir más tarde en el check out., la verdad muy mal y aparte mal encarada

Me encantó la ubicación frente a la mejor plaza comercial de Coatzacoalcos, no me gustó para nada que no hicieran la limpieza de la habitación durante toda nuestra estancia (3 noches y 4 días) Eso lo deberían de explicar en la App de Expedia y uno decide pagar a precio de hotel con servicio de Air b&b. La alberca muy bien, limpia y a una temperatura excelente, realmente la disfrutamos.

La habitación en general estuvo bien. El aire acondicionado funcionaba excelente asi como el refrigerador. La ducha puede mejorar, aunque no es mala pero si es un poco incomodo el bañarse con ese tipo de regadera y eso hace que la ducha terminae llenado de agua todo el baño, pese la cortina.
