This place is a hidden gem in Cleveland TN. Don’t let the exterior fool you, the inside is amazing. Beautifully decorated. Huge bedrooms. Updated kitchen and bathroom. Plenty of room to move around. Really enjoyable stay

Cons-The location is a little sketchy and the apartment is above an insurance office. The “pull out love sak couch” is a regular small couch with an air mattress in the closet. The Tv in the living area was only useful to watch Netflix or a blue ray. If you wanted to watch any sports or live TV the bedroom TVs are your only option. The air vent did not vent outside the house (not sure how that’s allowed since that is against codes) so if it’s summertime you’ll want turn the ac as low as you can. Pros-The bedrooms were large and the whole space was very clean.

Beautiful

We rented many homes and I have to say that this one was probably the cleanest one, the pictures are actually what it really looks like and so much more. Very quiet, clean and the host was very helpful and respectful and nice. Would definitely stay again!

Wedding weekend accommodations

This was a great place to stay within driving distance to Howe Farms wedding venue where our son was married. I would highly recommend this property as a roomy, clean, and well cared for property

Very Enjoyable

We came to spend time with family that we had not seen in years. We never used the kitchen, but it was well set up. The bedrooms were comfortable and the large living room gave us good breaks from all the family activities. The living room TV has very few streaming options, but I brought our Roku with us, so we were able to watch the Olympics at night. We had limited communication with the staff, but when we emailed we got immediate responses. This is above a couple businesses, but it was very quiet. We’d definitely book this again if we return.

Wonderful apartment!

Spacious

Great accommodations. Lots of room, comfortable, and private. Convenient location. The laundry room was very linty but I’m not sure that the vent was working right. Very handy tho to have access to wash clothes. We stayed a week so it was nice to be able to wash towels and clothes.

Family fun on the Ocoee

Conveniently located to the Ocoee and visiting daughter’s alma mater (Lee University). Air flow in apartment was a little wonky (reason for 4 stars instead of 5).
