It’s cool for a Monday- Thursday stay. Once you hit Friday through Sunday it’s down hill! My husband and I was there from Thursday to Sunday. On Friday when that weekend check in started the elevator broke so one elevator the entire stay. I would never do their upper room s because of the elevator issue. On the other note I loved the amenities like the breakfast was decent and the kick back was really great too. The staff was helpful but also caught one cursing like a sailor about how they also need to shut the place down. It was okay but done know if I’ll be back to this location.

We stayed at Drury for my daughter’s birthday, and it was such a great experience. The customer service was truly impeccable from start to finish. Every staff member we interacted with was kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. I love how family-friendly the hotel is. Traveling with kids can sometimes feel stressful, but this stay felt easy and fun. The Kickback was a huge highlight. My husband and I were able to enjoy three drinks and actually feel like adults for a minute (which is priceless 😂), while the girls had plenty of good food to enjoy too. The property was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Overall, it made for the perfect little staycation to celebrate her birthday. We had so much fun and will definitely be back.

Yes but it was overcrowded so we weren’t able to take advantage of any of the hotels amenities. Soda machine wasn’t working. We stayed an hour longer in our room before checking out because something was going on down stairs with many police showing up with guns out.

The hotel’s location is very convenient. Just across the street is Pinecrest, with many great restaurants. The front desk staff was pleasant and very helpful throughout my stay. However, I was disappointed with the housekeeping. The room was only properly cleaned on the day I checked in. After that, it didn’t seem cleaned at all. The bathroom floor was not vacuumed, and I noticed a lot of hair left on the floor. The bed was also not made neatly.

I had an excellent stay at Drury Inn & Suites Cleveland Beachwood. The room was very clean, and the entire facility was spotless and well maintained. Every staff member I encountered was professional, hospitable, friendly, and always available to help. The breakfast was outstanding. They never ran out of items, and everything was warm, fresh, and delicious. The coffee was honestly some of the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. All of the staff were wonderful, but most of my interactions were with Aston, who truly went above and beyond. Anything we needed, he made sure it was taken care of. His professionalism, attentiveness, and friendly attitude made our stay even more enjoyable. I’ve stayed at several hotels, and if every hotel had someone like Aston, they would all be five-star hotels. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family, and whenever I am in Ohio again, this will be my place to stay. Thank you again, Aston, for your exceptional service!
