The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. It was exactly what I needed. Located conveniently within walking distance to beautiful parks and restaurants, with a 2 min drive to the mall and supermarkets. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. The first night was very quiet end enjoyable. The 2nd night was great until people moved into a unit above us and made a lot of noise. Chairs were falling over and it sounded like they were roller blading... extremely noisy. Otherwise it was quiet and peaceful. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean. We had a good stay.

Ideal location in a residential neigbourhood. We stayed 4 nights. Very quiet and safe. Walked through the nearby Hagley Park at 5:30am and felt completely safe. Within walking distance to restaurants and city centre. Room and bathroom very clean, and bed comfy. Owners are very pleasant and easy to deal with. Highly recommend this lodging.

It's in a really nice spot. Close to Hagley Park and Riccarton Mall. Bus options as well as walking. Quiet but still close to the action. Looking forward to staying there again when in Christchurch.

Great supply of tea's, coffee hot chocolate and sugar great that they had real milk. Nice and quiet, unfortunately beds were in need of updating and no free view tv only samsung tv. Staff were very pleasant and would definitely stay again.
