The staff were amazing from airport pick up to check in and return back to airport. I only stayed one night but super impressed with comfort, cleanliness of the room and friendliness of the staff. Absolutely wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you value fair judgement and customer service. I was checking the full price of this hotel on Expedia when I accidentally booked it due to an ApplePay mishap. I immediately contacted the hotel and Expedia to let them know of the error, and even specifically told the hotel that the room wouldn’t be needed that night due to the error. I did this so they could rent out the room if needed. At the time, the person who I spoke to thanked me for that. Despite all of this, the hotel manager decided that they’d like to keep my money and not refund me the fee. Expedia informed me that they even tried to persuade them to reconsider. When I asked them to reconsider myself, they stopped responding to me entirely…
