We had 6 people staying 6 nights in early April. The house was a perfect size and incredible location (quiet road on the creek/marsh) making for a quick walk, bike, or drive to the wildlife refuge. Excellent views from in the house and on the deck.
Only issue was some challenges communicating with the property management company. A branch from a storm ripped the internet/cable line off the street pole the first night and we reported it via phone to a staff member first thing the next morning and were told they'd report it. We checked back a couple days later and they said they'd let us know when they knew something. By the end of the 6 days, still no updates or sign of a fix. It wasn't a major storm and we didn't see any other service trucks out doing repairs around the island. We also tried calling the management company during normal business hours at the end of the week to report other minor issues that we noticed in the house and weren't able to reach anyone, only a recording that said to call back another time.
