Staff wasn’t very accommodating or friendly, was hard to even get towels for the pool, room had an odor and was loud and difficult to sleep at night due to the noise from the pool even during quiet hours, room was stuff, there wasn’t basic things in the room like hand soap or bar soap

THE PICTURE ON THE EXPEDIA WEBSIGHT IS NOT THE SAME AS THE ROOM YOU RECEIVE. VERY DECEPTIVE AND DISAPPOINTING. YOU END UP IN A VERY OLD ROOM IN THE OLD PART OF THE HOTEL. The hot pools are amazing. The hotel is clean and has so much character and charm. The room was old, but clean and comfortable. Island Bar and grill has great service and a decent happy hour.

This is the “balcony with mountain view” I am super sad because it was for my birthday and I was really looking forward to sitting outside with a nice view and specifically chose to pay more for a room with a balcony and view for that reason. The pools and spa were absolutely lovely however we were super disappointed by the room we got. We paid extra for a room with a balcony and mountain view and we got a view of the gutters and rooftop. The first woman at the front desk I spoke to even agreed that we “got the worst one” yet the price was the same as the nice view ones! The manager helping us had no warmth, no smile or care for us. She took off the resort fee of $25 which is no where near the price we paid for that view and said there’s nothing else we could do. Would have been better to just have no balcony as we didn’t use it. The second person who we spoke to was cold and unwelcoming also. Unfortunate for this poor customer service as the resort itself was lovely.
