The stay was wonderful. The mineral pools were very relaxing and the staff was helpful! The breakfast buffet was tasty and had a good selection.

I had to wait an hour in line to check in. When I did they said o you booked through Expedia & gave one of the oldest rooms, also there was water in the ice bucket also no robes so clearly they really didn’t do a good job when getting the room ready. The adult only pool was only open till 10pm & located right across the kids pool. The other adult pool which was inside there was a lot of kids in that pool. The experience was extremely disappointing for the amount I paid. Also I will never stay there again.

Everything was old, worn out, and outdated, as if no money had been spent on this hotel for years. The carpets were shabby, the bed was old, the curtains and wall paint looked tired, and the towels given to guests were thin and poor quality. There wasn’t even a pair of slippers, which most hotels provide for guests, you had to buy them separately. Dust was clearly visible on the table and the coffee maker. You could really feel that they placed little value on their guests, and that because of the hot spring pools, travelers would stay at this hotel no matter how bad the conditions were.

Very Sheety room they gave us that have water liking from the sealing in 3 ways in side the shower room I do take even the video and when I call them they never answer I have to go down stairs and bring them to show the room I have with my reservation they clean up the room and said let’s know it’s liking again but never stop liking when we come back from the pool ? Still liking every where should never been renting out from the binging they don’t have a choice even they ignore our calls from the room we went to the desk and asked them to change the room before we got a police here after the midnight they changed the rooms when we tell them we have to call police they are very embarrassed and so shameful very disappointed our day

The room was okd, but very ckean. Your staff was alests friendly and helpful. The hot pools were wonderful. The check in on 2. Jan 2026 was terrible, reception staff did their best. But the line up and waitline (more than 60 minutes) was unacceptable

The room and the pool were clean, but we found dog poop in the hallway near our room. Also, although there were signs stating no phones or cameras were allowed, some people still took photos of themselves while we and other guests appeared in the background which made us very uncomfortable.

Had a great time! We stayed in the newer area and its was great but I saw some of the rooms in the older area and wouldn’t have wanted to be on that side.

Our experience was better last year. This time we had to wait for our room, we didn’t get any bathrobes, I had to ask for them again and again. At breakfast we felt rushed, we were given our bill when none of us were ready and in the end had to wait for the machine for a while. Not sure if the hotel changed hands or what else changed, but we had a better experience a year ago.
